Amie XO on Fanvue: Everything You Assumed Is Slightly Wrong

Okay so if you read "Tall, Toned, and Trouble in the Best Way," you already know Amie's the kind of trouble worth getting into. 😏 But this time I wasn't asking her about the content — I was asking her to correct the record. Turns out there's a lot to correct.

💜01. The confidence thing? Yeah, about that.

Here's the assumption everyone makes, her words: "people sometimes assume I'm confident all the time because of what I post." And look, I get why — the photos do not scream 'second-guesses herself.' But she said it straight up: she has shy moments, she overthinks like the rest of us. The twist is what happens after. 'Once I'm comfortable though, that playful side comes out pretty quickly 😉💋' — which is basically a warning label, and also exactly the energy you want from someone you're sliding into DMs with. The confidence isn't a performance she's running 24/7. It's a door that opens once she decides you're worth it.

💜02. She's not out every night — she just dresses like she could be

This is the one that got me. You'd clock her as a going-out girl on sight, athletic-sexy-fun, always somewhere fun. And sure, she loves getting out, trying new places, good food and good company — that part's true. But ask what surprises people and she tells you she's "actually a lot more of a homebody than people might expect." Some of her favorite nights are just staying in, getting comfortable, relaxing. There's a softer side she said you "don't always see online" — which, respectfully, is the whole appeal of actually following someone instead of just liking a photo and scrolling on.

💜03. The one skill she'll never admit to out loud

Ask her what she's weirdly good at and she doesn't hesitate: outfits. She can look at a few pieces and know instantly what works, what feels good, what she's confident in — "and yes… sometimes that means deciding less is more 😉💋" Ask her what she's bad at and it's the complete opposite problem — she'll stare at a menu forever, narrow it to two things, and flip at the last second anyway. So if you ever end up planning a dinner with her, let her pick the fit. You pick the food. 😂

💜04. What she's actually like when the camera's off

No filming, no posting — just normal-life Amie is wine, TV, music, the beach, a walk, hanging out with friends, shopping, going out. Laid-back is her actual word for it. Give her good food, good company, somewhere fun to go, and she's happy — and I believe her, because none of that sounds like a person performing a brand. It sounds like someone you'd genuinely want to text about her day, which — plot twist — you can.

💜05. So who actually gets her?

She's pretty clear on this one: her perfect fan is respectful and generous. Not a type, not a fantasy — an actual standard. And she told us flat out what she loves about doing this: her fans, mostly. Not the content, not the posting — the people on the other side of it.
