Fanvue creator requirements come down to a short list: your age, where you live, your ID, and a few rules about accounts and content. Some apply the day you sign up, and others only when you ask to be paid.
๐01. What are the requirements to become a Fanvue creator?
Fanvue's About page sets three rules for opening any account, creator accounts included. You must be at least 18, or older where local law sets a higher age. You need a valid email and password that meet its technical standards, or a supported third-party login. And you must be legally permitted to use the platform under the laws of your country or state.
Fanvue's help centre doesn't publish a list of eligible countries. So make sure you're legally allowed to use Fanvue where you live.
As for what you're joining, the About page describes Fanvue as a social subscription platform built with creators. Creators set their own subscription price, and can also earn from tips, pay-to-view sales and voice calls.
For the creator side, Fanvue's May 2026 guide to creating a creator account lists around 15 minutes, a device with a camera, and your ID. You'll also take a high-quality selfie for verification, even if you never plan to show your face. Stage names are allowed, but earning means proving who you are to Fanvue, and those details stay off your public profile.

AI creators meet the same basics. Fanvue's May 2026 guide for AI creators still asks for your ID and a selfie to confirm the match, even when none of the content shows you.
๐02. Can you have more than one Fanvue creator account?
Fanvue's articles disagree on whether you can run more than one creator account, so ask Fanvue Support before you open a second one. The May 2026 Linked Accounts article says a verified human creator can hold up to 2 accounts in total, and an AI creator up to 15.
The August 2026 ID verification article still says Fanvue allows only one creator account per individual, with multiple accounts for select verified AI creators. An older article, from October 2024, said only AI creators could have more than one.
The Linked Accounts article sets three conditions first. Your identity verification must be approved, you must have completed at least one withdrawal, and none of your accounts can have an active warning or compliance issue. Each linked account gets its own login, content, earnings and payouts, and warnings or strikes count across all of them.
๐03. What do you need before your first Fanvue payout?
Some requirements apply each time you ask to be paid, your first payout included. Fanvue's payout article lists three.
Your Available Balance needs at least $20, a minimum that can vary by region. You need at least 5 pieces of content uploaded. And anyone else featured in your content must be verified as a co-creator.
Don't confuse that 5 with a different number. Fanvue's May 2026 creator account guide recommends posting at least 10 pieces of content before you start promoting your page. Five is the payout rule; ten is advice.
You'll also confirm your tax status first. Fanvue's August 2026 tax forms article says every creator requesting payouts must complete a short tax interview, even when earnings sit below a tax threshold, and that the details must match the person who passed identity verification. Money only goes to you. Fanvue's payout options article says the name on the receiving bank account has to match the name you verified with, and that paying out to someone else's account isn't allowed, even with permission.
๐04. Fanvue's content rules at a glance
Fanvue's June 2025 content-rules article is short and points to its policies. It says a select number of content styles are prohibited under laws and regulations, and that anything compliant with its Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines is your choice.
Fanvue's list of what can't be sold, as of August 2025, names the main categories. They are illegal content, content featuring anyone who lacks documented consent, content featuring anyone who hasn't passed Fanvue's ID check, and content you didn't create or don't hold the rights to.
Physical products are out, because Fanvue describes itself as digital-only, and so are in-person services like meet-ups. The same list says payments stay on Fanvue, with no requests to pay by PayPal, Cash App or crypto.
Anyone else in your content needs clearing first, and as of September 2024 Fanvue's co-authored content article gave two routes. Route 1: the person opens their own creator account, passes verification and is tagged whenever they appear. Route 2: you send Fanvue a model release form with their ID and photos, using a new form for each piece featuring a new person.
