💜01. The week starts with a camera

Her busiest stretch is right at the start. In her words: "Well I start the week off by setting up my modeling shoots and my content shoots." 📸

So while the rest of us are still negotiating with an alarm clock, Shelia is already lining up the shoots. Modeling shoots and content shoots, both on the list. Just enjoy me. No "catching up on admin" and no guilt about not being productive. As a fellow creator, I'm both jealous and taking notes.

Work and life don't blur for her, because she has a method. Her words: "That's easy, I just go into chill vibe mood by either reading, watching movies or sports." 🎬

Reading, movies or sports. That's the whole switch-off system, and she calls it easy. Meanwhile I've been known to "relax" by editing something at midnight 🙈 She's clearly doing it better than I am.

💜04. A good week, in her own words

I asked what a genuinely good week looks like, and the answer was refreshingly un-dramatic: "Everything was done without any issues lol" 😂

No grand fantasy, just a week where it all went smoothly. I think every creator reading this just nodded in solidarity.

💜05. Sundays belong to the Jets

Sunday, per Shelia: "Football and more football. Go Jets!!" 🏈 Two exclamation points, so we know she means it.

💜06. What makes her week (and what ruins it)

The thing that breaks a week is an outdoor shoot with bad weather. Fair. You can plan everything and the sky still doesn't care 🌧️ The thing that makes it is the part that got me: "knowing I made someone smile." 😊
