What Does a Fanvue Management Agency Actually Do?
Understand the roles of account managers, chatters, content support, and promotion teams—and what remains your responsibility as the creator.
A Fanvue management agency operates the agreed parts of a creator’s account, which may include planning content, coordinating messages, preparing PPV, promotion, and reports. The creator still supplies the agreed content, sets boundaries, and stays responsible for the page’s promises and compliance. Roles and permissions vary.
In the adult Fanvue creator economy, “agency” often means a team helping operate your account. That is different from a talent representative negotiating a sponsorship. Before hiring anyone, find out which role the team is actually offering and what it will do day to day.
💜01. The account manager coordinates the work
An account manager may organize the schedule, collect approved content, brief the team, and bring decisions back to you. Ask who your contact is, how often you meet, and how urgent problems are handled. A good process should keep you informed about what is happening on your own page.
💜02. Chatters handle agreed fan conversations
A chatter can help answer messages and present approved offers. The team needs to know your voice, content limits, availability, and escalation rules. You should be able to review conversations and correct anything that misrepresents what you provide.
Fanvue’s manager guide says team members can access messages and review certain content, but cannot publish. Do not assume that someone assigned to chat also has the access or responsibility to schedule feed posts.

💜03. Content support prepares what you approve
A content assistant or editor may organize files, prepare captions, and help turn your shoot plan into a workable calendar. Establish the difference between subscription content, PPV, and custom requests. Keep the final offer descriptions accurate and confirm who may publish each item.
You still decide the content you are willing to make. If someone else appears, follow Fanvue’s age and consent requirements. A management agreement is not a substitute for that documentation.

💜04. Promotion support looks for suitable audiences
An agency may organize your listing, creator collaborations, or paid campaigns for your Fanvue page. Ask what each action should achieve, who approves it, and how results are recorded. FreeVues adds free directory discovery; a purchased feed post or mass DM buys a separate promotion from a seller.
You can use your FreeVues listing and the daily Glow-Up challenge yourself once onboarding unlocks it. If the issue is knowing what to do each day, try that structure first. If you still need a team to handle a specific workload, its proposal should name those tasks.

We’re also the team behind ShareYourFans®, a separate platform for creator collaborations and paid promotions. Both independent creators and agencies can use it subject to its requirements. Those campaigns happen on ShareYourFans®; they are not account-management services inside FreeVues.

💜05. What remains with the creator?
- Your content boundaries and approval of offers made in your name.
- The agreed supply of photos, videos, and custom work.
- Your own account identity, recovery, and financial decisions.
- Reviewing reports, charges, and the work promised by the team.
- Following Fanvue’s rules and maintaining required collaborator records.
An agency may help with those responsibilities, but do not assume it has taken them all away. Ask how the handover works if the relationship ends and keep copies of your approved files and business records.
💜06. Judge the role by the actual service
Ask for a written list of tasks, assigned people, coverage, fees, and review dates. If your only problem is editing or finding partners, a limited service may be enough. Choose the support that makes your Fanvue page manageable without losing sight of what fans are being promised.
Quick answers
💬Does a Fanvue agency create all my adult content?
Not automatically. The agreement should say what content you supply and whether planning, filming, or editing support is included. You keep the right to define your boundaries.
💬Is a chatter the same as an account manager?
No. Messaging support and account coordination are different jobs. Fanvue also gives different permissions to managers and team members.
💬Do I need an agency to use FreeVues?
No. You can connect your free listing, follow your dashboard’s onboarding, and try the daily Glow-Up yourself when it unlocks. Hiring an agency is a separate decision about the work you need handled.
