What Is a FreeVues Crush? Here's the Tea

โœจ Quick Answer

A FreeVues crush is a free, one-tap way to show a Fanvue creator you like their card: tap the ๐Ÿ’Œ Crush button, no fan account needed. The creator sees their crush count go up and a line saying someone crushed, with the time. They never see your name, email or anything that says who you are.

What is a FreeVues crush? Here's what happens when you tap ๐Ÿ’Œ Crush, what the Fanvue creator sees, what they never see, and how Most Crushed works.

A FreeVues crush is the little ๐Ÿ’Œ Crush button on a creator's card and profile, and it might be the cheapest flirt online: free, one tap, no fan account needed. Here's the tea on what happens when you tap it, what the creator actually sees, and what stays with you.

๐Ÿ’œ01. What is a crush on FreeVues?

FreeVues lists Fanvue creators for free and is independent of Fanvue, and a crush is its own way of showing some love. Tap ๐Ÿ’Œ Crush on a card or a profile and that creator's crush count goes up by one. The button then switches to ๐Ÿ’˜ Crushed, so you know it landed.

A crush lives on FreeVues, not on Fanvue. It isn't a Fanvue like, a follow or a subscription, and nothing is charged. A FreeVues profile shows the creator's Fanvue likes and their FreeVues crushes as two separate numbers, so a crush changes nothing on their Fanvue page.

You don't need anything to send one. There's no sign-up, no email and no card. FreeVues is for adults 18 and older, and that goes for crushing too.

๐Ÿ’œ02. What does the creator see when you crush?

The creator sees the number. Your crush adds one to the count on their card, and their FreeVues dashboard has a Crushes page with the running total, a chart of crushes over time and their place among creators ranked by crushes.

They also see when, but never who. A Recent crushes list shows a line that reads "Someone crushed on your card" with how long ago it happened. Right under it, the dashboard spells it out: crushes are anonymous, because fans don't need an account, so FreeVues never sees who they are.

If the creator has switched notifications on, the first crush of their day can ping their phone with "Someone just crushed on you". Any crush after that, the same day, simply joins the count without another ping.

๐Ÿ’œ03. What can't a creator see about you?

A crush carries no name, no email and no account. FreeVues' privacy policy says fans don't make accounts, and that a crush is tied to a random number in your own browser, never to a name or an email. Nothing on the creator's Crushes page says who you are or who else you've crushed on.

So how does FreeVues stop double taps? When you crush, it sets a cookie holding that random number, so the same browser can crush each creator only once. It also keeps a scrambled version of your network address to limit how many crushes come from one connection. The privacy policy says the address itself is never stored, the scrambled value changes every day, and it's deleted after a week.

Your browser keeps its own short list of who you've crushed, so the button remembers. Clear FreeVues' cookies and site data, and the privacy policy says the link between you and your crush record is broken for good.

๐Ÿ’œ04. What are Most Crushed and Fan Favorites?

Crushes add up on the FreeVues Leaderboards. The Today's Crushes board, headed "Most crushed today", counts crushes tapped since midnight UTC and resets with the board. Fan Favorites, headed "Most crushed of all time", counts every crush fans have tapped since each creator listed.

Crushes also feed Creators of the Day, where a click-through to Fanvue counts triple and a crush counts once. FreeVues' pricing page lists Most Crushed among the things money never buys, so a spot on that board comes from fans' taps, not a payment.

That's why the one-crush rule is strict. FreeVues' privacy policy says crushes decide real things, like places on the Leaderboards and who gets featured, so every browser gets one per creator.

You may also see "Crushes, Friends & Most Crushed" on FreeVues' pricing page, in the free plan for creators. Friends is the creators' side of things: a section on a profile showing other creators they vouch for.

๐Ÿ’œ05. Is a crush worth sending?

A crush is a small, sweet signal. It tells a creator their card caught someone's eye, it counts toward the boards, and it costs you nothing. It isn't a message, though, so it won't open a chat or get you anything on Fanvue.

If you want a creator to know you, that happens on Fanvue: follow, subscribe or send a message there. Our guide "How Does Fanvue Work? A Fan's Guide" walks through those steps.

Think before you tap, because there's no un-crush button: once it lands, it stays Crushed in that browser. Want a list just for you instead? Our guide to saving favorite Fanvue creators explains My Picks, which is separate from crushes.

๐Ÿ’œ06. One tap, zero strings

A FreeVues crush is free, anonymous and one per creator. The creator gets a count, a time and maybe a spot on the boards, never your name. Save it for the cards that make you smile, and keep the real conversation for Fanvue.

Quick answers

๐Ÿ’ฌWhat is a crush on FreeVues?

A crush is a free tap on the ๐Ÿ’Œ Crush button on a FreeVues creator card or profile. It adds one to that creator's crush count, which feeds the FreeVues Leaderboards. It isn't a Fanvue like, follow or subscription, and nothing is charged.

๐Ÿ’ฌCan a creator see who crushed them on FreeVues?

No. The creator sees their crush count and a "Someone crushed on your card" line with the time. FreeVues says a crush is tied to a random number in your browser, never to a name or an email, and fans don't need an account.

๐Ÿ’ฌDo I need an account to crush a Fanvue creator?

No. Crushing on FreeVues needs no fan account, no email and no card. Tap ๐Ÿ’Œ Crush on a card or profile and it's done. FreeVues is for adults 18 and older, and any subscribing happens later on the creator's Fanvue page.

๐Ÿ’ฌHow many times can I crush the same creator?

Once. FreeVues sets a cookie with a random number so each browser can crush a creator only once, and it uses a daily-changing scrambled network address, deleted after a week, to stop one connection adding extra crushes.

๐Ÿ’ฌDoes a FreeVues crush show up on Fanvue?

No. Crushes are FreeVues' own count. A FreeVues profile shows the creator's Fanvue likes and FreeVues crushes as separate numbers. To reach a creator on Fanvue itself, follow, subscribe or message them there.
